 Our
industrial ovens are
custom manufactured to your production rate, curing cycle, and layout requirements.
They can be configured to accommodate single pass or multi-pass conveyor
systems.- To eliminate dirt defects, an optional, high-efficiency filtration system can be installed on
a Walgren oven to filter re-circulating air.
- Walgren can build and install
a finishing industrial oven on rooftops, on outside platforms or inside your building.
 Walls and ceilings on
our commercial conveyor ovens are constructed from corrosion-resistant 20 ga. aluminized panels.
Oven panels are insulated with 6 lb. density mineral wool, (and up to 6” thick) to maximize energy efficiency.- Gas trains are built FM, IRI, or to your insurance carrier’s requirements.
- Walgren oven control panels comply with all local and National Electrical Codes. UL approved control panels are available.
Oven controls are relay logic or PLC, at customer option.
