Walgren provides installation worldwide. Installation is done by established, professional crews who are experienced with Walgren equipment and controls, and who adhere to strict quality and procedural guidelines.

Walgren provides a full range of service options to meet your facility's requirements, from emergency service
to PM, to training. Our mission is to support your system throughout its service life, and to maximize the
productive uptime of every component.

Walgren service specialists are available, 24 hours, 7 days a week. We are committed to responding to
your call within two hours, and where needed, to providing an on-site service solution within 48 hours.
Walgren service technicians have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with all Walgren equipment.
Technicians are supported by a full-time parts manager who is dedicated to keeping supply channels open
and ready to respond to any urgent situation, and to supply quality replacement and wear parts quickly.

We are the industry leader in effective PM (preventive maintenance) programs for anodizing equipment,
plating equipment, and specialty finishing systems. We service all of the environmental equipment we
manufacture, as well, including air scrubbers, wastewater treatment systems and ancillary equipment.
Walgren maintenance specialists will conduct comprehensive inspections of each pump, motor, level
controller, sensing device and other components in your system, and provide a detailed summary of
equipment status and recommendations, as well as documentation in the form most useful to your
operations managers. Inspections are generally biannually or quarterly, but are scheduled to suit the
needs of each individual customer

Walgren provides technical training for equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
Training is provided at Walgren's headquarters classroom facility, or at the customer location.
We optimize the learning experience by delivering best-in-class support for every component
of each Walgren system.

Walgren offers practical alternatives for project management:

• In conjunction with its partner firms, Walgren provides a complete construction package
  for greenfield facilities. For these projects, Walgren and its partners assume single-source
  responsibility for all phases of work, from architectural and civil engineering, through
  commissioning of the finishing line.

• Alternatively, we provide "walls-in" project management focusing exclusively on the
  5 stages of finishing system development: design, detail engineering, manufacture,
  installation and commissioning, and, where applicable, integration with plant wide
  automation systems and ERP systems.
